Hi my name is Jeff. I started my domestic appliance machine repair business in 1992 when I was made redundant from a company based in Brighton as a computer engineer.

   Up to this point I had always worked for companies, so it was the first time in my working career that I was working as a Self-Employed person.

   After taking a course in how to run a small business, I then took another course on washing machine, dishwasher repairs. I also, at about this time, started out selling new machines as well.
