I don't have a call-out charge. The charges are £48.00 inclusive plus if there are any parts required.

   In other words I do not charge the minute I enter your house.

   The only other charge I do make is that if I spend time finding out and identifying a part that needs replacing or a repair and you decide, perhaps due to the age of the machine, you don't wish to go ahead, I charge £25.00.

   Also there is a charge of £10.00 for intergrated machines (built in) because you can spend a long time time getting them in and out.

   Likewise, if a fault is intermittent and it won't show up at the time, which I could spend some time on, I would charge £48.00 BUT half is deducted from the total if I came back again should the fault re-appear.
